We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here's our policy:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used electronic items unless found faulty.

  • Custom-ordered or clearance items.

3. Refund Process

  • After inspection, refunds will be issued via original payment method or store credit within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged/Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email with photos.

5. Shipping Cost for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost.

  • If not, the customer bears the return shipping fee.
